A Field Editor is appointed by the Editor for the works that pass the preliminary examination. The Field Editor sends the work to at least two referees for evaluation.

In order for the work to be accepted in the journal, it must receive positive evaluation from both referees. If the referee views differ, a third referee may also be asked to contribute to the evaluation process.

The Editorial Board primarily examines the articles submitted to the journal in terms of publication principles, journal scope, scientific content and form.
